Marty joined Varsos Consulting in 2017 with 20+ years of Sr. HR Generalist experience within Banking, Marketing, Supply & Production, Non-Profit Management and Hospitality. She is a hands-on leader with a thorough understanding of practices within HR including:
Developing & Implementing Customized People Development Programs, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Benefits Management and Supporting Systems.
Marty is a pragmatic fact finder, with an astute eye for detail that reinforces the strategic goals of the organization.
As a HR Business Partner, she brings a real-world approach that gives employees a clear understanding of ‘the why’ and ‘the how,’ which serves as the foundation of the actionable steps that lead to long-term success.
